Sir,

I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your letter No.8778/00 of the 19th ultimo requesting us to

I now beg to submit the name of Mr John Bags

aged 26 years, single, of the Banstead Asylum, Sutton, who

has been nominated to us by the Medical Superintendent of

that Institution and who states that he is a good attendant.

steady and reliable. Judging from a personal interview

he appears to us to be well suited for the vacant post.

Mr Bagg has passed a satisfactory medical examina-

tion by Dr Manson.
