I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your letter No.8778/00 of the 19th ultimo requesting us to
recommend a candidate for the post of Wardmaster for the
Kennedy Town Hospital in Hong Kong.
I now beg to submit the name of Mr John Bags
aged 26 years, single, of the Banstead Asylum, Sutton, who
has been nominated to us by the Medical Superintendent of
that Institution and who states that he is a good attendant.

he appears to us to be well suited for the vacant post.
Mr Bagg has passed a satisfactory medical examina-
tion by Dr Manson.
